Photo requirements for optimum printing quality:

The following file formats are suitable: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP.

Resolution: The minimum is 150 dpi, while 250 dpi is ideal.

Please do not use photos with camera-inserted dates!

For images which do not meet these requirements we cannot guarantee optimum printing quality.
How to send us your personal photo:
- You can upload and crop your photo during the ordering process.
- After completing your order, you will also receive a link to a page where you can upload your
photo. - Alternatively, you can send us your photo via e-mail after completing your order. Email to
[email protected] and send your photo as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP. Don’t forget to mention your
order number.
