- Before your PersonalNovel can be delivered, it has to pass through the production process.
- Business days are Monday to Friday.

We use DHL Premium shipping at 4.99 GBP for all orders in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
- DHL delivers from Monday to Saturday (excluding local holidays).
- Deliveries to freight stations are possible.
- DHL does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
